Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri was delighted with his side's 1-1 draw against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League last night.
The Italians were put on the back foot after an early strike from Toni Kroos but equalised thanks to Holger Badstuber's own goal before half-time.
Napoli goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis then came to the rescue in the second half to save Mario Gomez's penalty, as his team secured a valuable point at the San Paolo stadium.
"It was important for us to get a result and we did that," Mazzarri told the club's website. "We were facing a fantastic team of the highest quality. Bayern are very strong and are in the best of form.
